Shieh writes about epidural shortage

Local gynecologist Dr. Thomas Shieh has&nbsp;<a href="http://ftpcontent.worldnow.com/kuam/custom/news/Letter%20to%20plea%20for%20mothers%20in%20Pain%20-%20Lack%20of%20Epidurals%20at%20GMH%20.pdf">written a letter</a>&nbsp;to the Governor, Legislature as well as GMH management asking for their help for mothers in labor who are in severe in pain as a result of the lack of epidurals.
