Man inappropriately touched 10-year-old

Guam - Luke Allen Pangelinan Taitano, 36, was arrested for allegedly sexually molesting a 10-year-old minor known to him. Superior court documents state, the victim told police Taitano allegedly touched the victim's private parts more than once. He is accused of first inappropriately touching the child in a sexual manner sometime back 2008 or 2009 at a Yigo residence, then again at a Mangilao home in 2010. Court documents state the final time Taitano allegedly touched the minor was last year at his residence in Dededo. He was booked and confined on 3 counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1^st degree felony.
