Guam - Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo is not pleased with today's passage of the house budget resolution for Fiscal Year 2013, introduced by Chairman Paul Ryan. According to Bordallo several of the provisions have harmful effects to Guam.

For example she stats the budget jeopardizes critical healthcare services, and slashes Medicaid funding by $810 billion over the next 10 years. She adds these cuts could deny coverage to millions of seniors, children from low-income families, and people with disabilities, effectively increasing the number of uninsured in our country, including Guam.
