Budget resolution has harmful provisions

Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo not pleased with today's passage of the house budget resolution for Fiscal Year 2013, introduced by Chairman Paul Ryan. According to Bordallo several of the provisions have harmful effects to Guam.
