Man accused of molesting two minors

Guam - A 40-year-old man is behind bars accused of molesting two female minors.  Danny Cruz is accused of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old female and a 12-year-old female.  He is also accused of hitting the older girl with a belt causing major bruising on her leg and buttocks. 

Cruz was arrested and charged with three counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, family violence, child abuse and assault.
