Bordallo meets with PACOM Commander

Guam - Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo met with U.S. Pacific Command Commander Admiral Samuel J. Locklear, III today..  The two discussed the overall realignment of military forces in the Asia-Pacific region as well as an ongoing environmental impact study of broad training capabilities for all the military services in the PACOM area of responsibility. Bordallo says " "Admiral Locklear continued to stress the importance of moving forward with the military build-up and re-emphasized that a forward Marine Corps presence on Guam will be critical to maintaining national security interests,"
