A drive-by to report in Dededo. 18-year-old Matthew Paxton's been arrested accused of firing his pellet gun while on a scooter and hitting a resident in the neck.

By KUAM NewsGuam - A drive-by to report in Dededo. 18-year-old Matthew Paxton's been arrested accused of firing his pellet gun while on a scooter and hitting a resident in the neck. The incident happened last Saturday along East Santa Barbara Street. The drive-by followed an earlier confrontation between Paxton and the victim.
A 14-year old was operating the scooter, he was confined at DYA.
