By KUAM NewsGuam - The Guam Fire Department along with the Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol are responding to an incident right now that occurred in Dededo along Harmon Loop Road. According to GFD Spokesperson Lt. Ed Artero says units are on the scene by the Harmon Soccer Field. They are responding to an auto pedestrian incident with a fatality. The road has been closed as GPD conducts its investigation.
