Guam - More details are being released into Sunday morning's disturbance in Harmon that left an 18-year-old man on life support fighting for his life. While police arrested four men, it is believed that three of the men were responsible for the aggravated assault of the victim. Michael Rosal Jr., Daniel Rosal and William San Nicolas allegedly beat the victim, kicking him and hitting him with a baseball bat.

As for Christian Lastimoza, he was also arrested but he allegedly tried to stop the three from assaulting the victim, KUAM has learned that the victim and Lastimoza went to the Von's Chicken parking lot where they met up with the Rosal boys and San Nicolas who were also with two females.  Lastimoza was allegedly chased by the three who left the victim unconscious on the ground and later returned and called 911.  He was arrested for rioting and aggravated assault.

Specific details of why the men were fighting are expected to be released during a magistrate hearing this afternoon.
