Guam - In Anigua, a woman had to be transported to the Guam Memorial Hospital for what appeared to be a broken elbow, being the victim of family violence. According to court documents, Saman Sinisi (aka, "Greg Tino") was arrested for allegedly punching the woman.

The reason, according to the victim, was that she was too slow in providing him with rice and chicken. Sinisi was charged with family violence, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
