Another defendant pleads guilty in drug case

According to the plea agreement, since 2009 Duenas assisted in the distribution of the drug Ice from other narcotic dealers on Guam and sold it for a profit.

Guam - Another defendant charged in a major drug trafficking scheme has pleaded guilty in the District Court. Sylvia Mashburn Duenas pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride. According to the plea agreement, since 2009 Duenas assisted in the distribution of the drug Ice from other narcotic dealers on Guam and sold it for a profit. 

Last week Walter Duenas signed a similar plea agreement.  The two were charged along with Mateo Sardoma Jr., Rudy Sablan, Chris Mesa and several others. They are set to go to trial next month.
