Guam - Department of Public Works director Joanne Brown is looking to John F. Kennedy High School contractor International Bridge Corporation and schoolowners Capital Projects Finance Authority for answers as to why the school has yet to be completed. "If they don't come up with a schedule that meets our requirements to accelerate what they're doing then by all means the government should, considering the amount of time and money that's being invested and the inconvenience to the student and faculty the government should take appropriate action to make sure their interests are protected because we're spending an awful lot of money for less than quality work," she said.

Brown says a CAPFA representative and a construction management representative will be on island by next week to address the school's concerns.
