Guam - A 22 year old man was arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 55-year-old woman. Justin Michael Duenas faces two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, aggravated assault and family violence.

The incident happened Sunday at a residence along Juan Fejeran Street in Barrigada. Police responded to reports of a gunshot fired in the area. Authorities learned the man - registered to use the gun - discharged weapon into the ground, and possessed it to protect the victim Duenas allegedly sexually assaulted.

According to court documents, Duenas allegedly pushed the victim to the ground then striking and kicking her. He is then accused of holding a kitchen knife against the woman's neck, but claiming that the victim had asked him to do it. Court documents state Duenas was in a relationship with the elderly woman. Documents add Duenas allegedly threatened to punch the victim if she did not engage in fellatio and anal intercourse.

Although Duenas told authorities the sex was consensual, he admitted that, "I screwed up this time."
