Tenorio signs three proclamations

Guam - Acting Governor Ray Tenorio put pen to paper signing three proclamations for the month of March. First, he declared March Professional Social Workers Month, recognizing those who enhance the well being of vulnerable citizens in our community. He also proclaimed Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month for the 3,000 disabled adults and children on Guam.

Tenorio finally recognized the Association of Government Accountants, declaring March to be Certified Government Financial Management Month.
