Adelup announces cabinet changes
Former Department of Administration deputy director George Santos is now the director of the Department of Labor, replacing Leabeth Naholowaa.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Governor's Office announced several changes in the cabinet. Former Department of Administration deputy director George Santos is now the director of the Department of Labor, replacing Leabeth Naholowaa. Santos will work closely with new director of the Agency for Human Resources Development, Alfredo Antolin, Jr.
Taking over Santos' job is former senator and former director of the Guam Economic Development Authority, Tony Blaz. Blaz is an accountant by trade and will serve as DOA's deputy director.
