Guam - 35-year-old Inocente Gabriel is accused of stabbing his cousin. According to court documents the victim was sleeping when Gabriel allegedly woke him up and started a fight. Gabriel then went to the outside kitchen grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in the thigh. 

When caught by police, Gabriel said it was an accident and he was just playing around. He was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and a special allegation of possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
