Guam - The Department of Education can expect 500 new air conditioning units in the coming months, but how these units will be maintained is in the hands of the Office of the Public Auditor. According to DOE Facilities and Maintenance Manager Billy Cruz, B&J Modern Tech was awarded the $1.3 million contract for the purchase of the units, but has protested to become responsible for their preventative maintenance.
