Guam - Three men who allegedly plotted to kill a police officer were scheduled to answer to the criminal charges in the superior court.  Jeremiah Isezaki and Michael Joaquin Torre pleaded not guilty while Brandon John Baluran's arraignment was continued.  Magistrate Judge Alberto Tolentino denied Torre's request for pre-trial release.  The three men are accused of planning to kill an officer who had arrested Isezaki earlier this year for drug possession.

Isezaki and Torre are now scheduled to appear back in court next Tuesday for a criminal trial setting while Baluran's arraignment was continued until March 7.
