Southern Dolphins won't see gym finished this year

Guam - We've heard a lot about JFK High School, but it looks like there are more delays to the work on Southern High's auditorium and gymnasium. According to Department of Education Facilities and Maintenance Manager Billy Cruz, the Office of the Public Auditor disqualified the recent protest that delayed procurement, but the invitation for bid must go out again and doubts the Home of the Dolphins will see a complete project before the end of the school year.

The auditorium is termite infested and the gym's cork flooring must be redone. Both buildings also need lighting and air conditioning repairs.
