Guam - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration are hosting a public scoping meeting tomorrow evening on the Draft Marianas Trench Marine National Monument Management Plan. The document, once finalized, will help guide resource managers for the long term conservation and management programs for the marine monument.

Tomorrow's meeting will be held at UOG's Anthony Leon Guerrero Multi-Purpose Room 129 from 6-8pm. The Marianas Trench was designated as a national marine monument by former president George W. Bush, who signed a proclamation just before he left office.
