Emergency session postpones GFD status hearing

Guam – The Committee on Public Safety has canceled tomorrow afternoon's status briefing for the Guam Fire Department due to Monday's emergency session. The committee anticipated an update on the leased ambulances as well as the procurement of new units using DOI funding.

GFD was also expected to give an update on its office relocation and status of billing services. A new date to re-schedule the fire departments status hearing has not yet been set.
