EPA still reviewing proposed landfill comments
The Guam Environmental Protection Agency continues to review and respond to comments submitted for the Guam Resource Recovery Partners' proposed landfill in Atantano, Santa Rita.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Guam Environmental Protection Agency continues to review and respond to comments submitted for the Guam Resource Recovery Partners' proposed landfill in Atantano, Santa Rita. According to GEPA legal counsel Happy Rons, there is no set deadline, as the process is very time consuming and must continually consult GEPA's technical crew.
An estimated 300 comments were submitted and so far only 80 have been responded to. To view the comments, call GEPA at 475-1658/9.
