Sinajana school assessed, gets top rating

Guam - There's good news for Department of Education facilities: C.L. Taitano Elementary School received "A" ratings for both the building and cafeteria. According to DOE Facilities and Maintenance Manager Billy Cruz, the Department of Public Health cited the building for overgrown vegetation, need to seal windows, and stains on walls.

The cafeteria was cited for faucet leaks and peeling paint.
