Police take man into custody for touching young girl

Guam - A 40 year old man was taken into police custody after he allegedly touched a teenage girl. Ronald Castro Crisostomo was charged with fourth degree criminal sexual conduct after the female minor reported that he allegedly touched her private area on more than one occasion. Court documents state that the victim was at a friend's house for a sleepover when Crisostomo allegedly began touching her genital area. He was booked and confined.
