Guam - Guam Resource Recovery Partners' efforts to get $20 million in damages from the Government of Guam will be heard in the Superior Court next month.  GRRP contends they've lost out on millions of dollars because the Government of Guam allegedly breached its contract to enter into a new waste-to-energy contract.

While Guam's Supreme Court deemed the contract invalid, the company contends its licenses are valid and the agreement requires GovGuam to enter into a new deal.  A scheduling conference is scheduled for March 14.
