Guam - If you plan on going to the beach or boating, be extra careful because the National Weather Service has issued a High Surf and Small Craft Advisory for coastal waters surrounding Guam, Rota and Tinian. Coast Guard Sector Guam warns boaters and beach goers to exercise caution through the week.

Mariners should only travel if necessary and check the current and forecasted weather conditions prior to getting underway. The Coast Guard advises: if in doubt, don't go out!
