Funeral for former Yigo mayor on 10th

Guam - Rosary for the late retired Mayor Gregorio Acosta Calvo is being prayed nightly at 8 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Yigo with funeral services scheduled for Friday, February 10th with internment to follow at the Guam Memorial Park. 

Calvo will be missed by his colleagues of the Mayors' Council of Guam where he served as Assistant Commissioner of Tamuning-Tumon-Harmon from 1961-1965 and as Commission/Mayor from 1965 to 1985. He was 87 years old.
