Guam - Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo is cautioning the Obama Administration against depending too much on a temporary presence, saying there must be a balance between a robust permanent presence of Marines, as well as a rotational component.  She says it's foolish to believe a rotational component would save any money in the long run.

Bordallo believes the Department of Defense continues to dialogue with regional partners to better understand the requirements for Guam's military posture in the region.
