By KUAM NewsGuam - A heads-up for motorists in Southern Guam: next Tuesday through Thursday the Talofofo Bridge will be closed between 9 and 11 in the morning. Contractors need that time to remove and demolish old 105-foot long support beams.
Route 4 and Route 4a entering Talofofo from the north and south will be limited to local traffic only.
