Guam - The Judiciary of Guam has been given the green light for school resource officers to report to schools but it's not likely that they will begin on Monday. Court policy, planning and communications director Josh Tenorio says standard operating procedures are being worked out between the courts and the Department of Education and once that is finalized, the SROs will be able to go to their respective schools.

Tenorio stressed that the Judiciary wants the SROs out as soon as possible, but it likely won't be on Monday.
