Guam - Beginning tomorrow Naval Base Guam will implement the Navy Commercial Access Control System. Contractors entering the base must present their common access card, or a 45-day temporary pass.  Those who do not enroll will have to obtain a one-day pass with sponsor approval at the Navy Commercial Access Control System Center.

Authorized motorists can still access the base through any of the three entry control points during normal gate operation hours.
