Speaker crafts bill to deter campus crime

To deter crime on campus, Speaker Judi Won Pat has introduced Bill 412, which would enable the Guam Police Department and Department of Education superintendent to recruit volunteers to patrol school grounds after hours to report suspicious activity or crimes in progress.
