Police captain Charfauros arrested

Guam - Police Captain Mark Charfauros was arrested today for criminal trespass and official misconduct.  The arrest stems from a story KUAM News broke last week relative to a Yona resident who filed a complaint with the police department that Charfauros had trespassed on his property while in a government official vehicle after being told not to enter the property. 

According to GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia confirms Charfauros was arrested and released.  Balajadia said the police captain will continue with his current duties at the Guam Police Department.
