Guam - The John F. Kennedy Islanders are still waiting to have full access to their new Upper Tumon facility. According to Department of Public Works deputy director Carl Dominguez, a meeting was held Tuesday with members of DPW, JFK administrators, contractors International Bridge Corporation, and Capital Projects Finance Authority.
Dominguez says the campus continues to operate with conditional permits until the gymnasium, baseball and tennis fields, and various projects throughout the campus are completed.
A follow-up meeting to schedule deadlines for completion is set for next week Tuesday.
