Barnes introduces Affordable Homes Bill
The GHC as part of the Governor Eddie Calvo's Affordable Homes Initiative has been working to restore and rejuvenate the subdivision.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Senator Tina Muna Barnes has introduced a bill which transfers ten abandoned lots located in the Sagan Linahyan Subdivision from the Department of Land Management to the Guam Housing Corporation. The GHC as part of the Governor Eddie Calvo's Affordable Homes Initiative has been working to restore and rejuvenate the subdivision.
Working in conjunction with GHC and the Department of Land Management, Senator Barnes introduced the measure aimed at meeting the growing demand for affordable housing solutions.
