By KUAM NewsGuam - All the Department of Education has to do now is pay for its sanitary permit in order to open Untalan Middle School's interim campus in Tiyan. Public Health inspectors cleared the schools opening after the campus passed an inspection today, according to DPHSS Environmental Health Specialist III Marylou Bumagat and DOE Deputy Superintendent Robert Malay.
