Call 475-1105 to pay GRT, income tax withholding
Guam - The Treasurer of Guam will temporarily be accepting credit card payments via phone for Gross Receipts Tax and income tax withholding payments. The temporary phone service will begin Thursday by calling 475-1105.
If a customer call is not answered, you are asked to leave your name and contact number in a voicemail message or through email at payment@guam.gov and your phone call will be returned. Customers are advised to not submit personal account or credit card information.
The government's official online payment system, GuamPay.com, has been offline since November 30 due to the termination of its processing provider. "We wanted to help alleviate long lines and help those customers unable to make their payments at the Department of Administration and also at the Department of Revenue and Taxation," agency director Benita Manglona said. "Until we can restore our online payment services we will continue to find temporary solutions to better our customers."
