Guam - Running a red light in front of a police officer led to the arrest of Benjamin Joseph Villanueva. But the traffic violation was the least of his problems, as he was found to be driving under the influence while transporting six minors who were not wearing seat belts in an uninsured vehicle.

According to court documents, Villanueva admitted to being under the influence of alcohol but refused to submit to a sobriety test.  He was arrested and charged with DUI with child on board, reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle without mandatory vehicle insurance.
