Guam - If you've been having trouble trying to get information from a Government of Guam agency's website, you're not alone. Bureau of Information Technology chief information officer Ed Cruz says the government has been having difficulty with websites going down frequently due to ongoing procurement issue.

"It's a procurement problem," Cruz told KUAM News. "We are currently out to bid and before anything gets final, POs are issues and we are in a transition at this time, so services are looked into and we are doing our best to try to keep up our services and our network."

Cruz adds the websites are also taken down from time to time for regular maintenance.
