Guam - Four male minors were picked up by police earlier this week accused of trying to rob a visitor in Tumon. A female tourist reported that she was walking toward the Westin Hotel when a sedan passed by and two of the passengers tried to steal her purse.
The woman was able to pull it away both times but she fell to the ground. Witnesses recounted the same story to police and the vehicle was located down the street.
According to court documents, Blake Willis was the driver of the car, while Jeremy Dean Isaac, Troy Toves and a 16-year-old unnamed boy were his passengers. Isaac and the 16-year-old allegedly tried to steal the woman's purse.
The teens were charged with attempted third degree robbery and conspiracy.
