Guam - Untalan Middle School principal Jim Reyes was at this morning's board meeting and is pleased about the decision. "I'm just happy that this decision has been made and of course now to really get the plan into action and move forward into moving our children and our personnel and our visitors for that matter into a safe environment and so I'm glad again that this decision was made," he told KUAM News.
