Guam - A co-defendant in an illegal gambling and money laundering case has been approved to go off-island later this month. Jimmy Hsieh, was granted his request to travel to Seoul, Korea and Taipei to visit family members. Hsieh pleaded not guilty with multiple co-defendants to being involved in illegal gambling operations at the MGM Spa and laundering money.

They've all been released pending their trial in April.

Meanwhile warrants of arrest are still outstanding for two other members of the Overseas Chinese Association Center.  Betsy Ho and Peter Tsai are off-island being treated for alleged medical ailments that prevent them from returning to Guam to answer to the criminal charges.
