Guam - The government has been ordered to do their own calculations of how much interest is owed to Department of Corrections officers who weren't paid their overtime on time. Officers are suing the government for making a single interest payment to a former officer.

They contend because their OT wasn't paid within the time allowed for by law, they should be paid interest on what is owed to them. Judge Arthur Barcinas gave the parties 60 days to try and resolve the issues otherwise he will decide whether interest should be paid or if the case will proceed to trial.
