Man leads police on chase through Barrigada

Guam - A man believed to be in his 60's led a Highway Patrol officer on a chase through Barrigada today. The officer tried to conduct a traffic stop when he noticed the man's Toyota Corolla had an expired license plate. 

The driver acted as if he was going to pull over but then made several u-turns and led police on a chase through the central village before he ran off the road by Commercial Tire on Route 16. 

The driver was taken to the Guam Memorial Hospital for observation and faces numerous charges once he's released.
