Guam - The police investigation into the island's 16th traffic-related fatality continues. 34-year-old Justin Concepcion was riding his motorcycle last Thursday on Ypao Road when he collided with a Toyota Corolla that was coming from a side street.

Police have not yet made any arrests in the case.
