Near-drowning victim remains critical

A 72-year-old man remains in critical condition at the Guam Memorial Hospital's Intensive Care Unit.

Guam - A 72-year-old man remains in critical condition at the Guam Memorial Hospital's Intensive Care Unit. The elderly man was pulled from the water after nearly drowning in the water behind the Nikko Hotel in Tumon on Christmas Day. 

Lifeguards and off-duty firefighters pulled the man to the shore and medics were performing CPR en route to the hospital.  The tourist is on a ventilator.
