Man accused of raping tourist

Guam - 19-year-old Johnathan James Acfalle Perez is being held on $10,000 cash bail, accused of raping a female tourist. According to court documents, a 24-year-old woman and her friend went on the Big Barbecue Cruise Boat where they met two deckhands. 

Perez is accused of taking the victim for a walk on the beach later that evening then forcing himself on the woman.  The victim was seen at Healing Hearts, where they confirmed forced sexual contact.
