Guam Early Intervention System working with mayors
by Nick Delgado
Guam - The Department of Education's Early Intervention System is hoping island mayors can help bring awareness to residents about their services. The program helps youth who suffer from developmental disabilities.
Mayor's Council President Melissa Savares told KUAM News, "They've given us the referral forms because we see our people as they either come into our offices or into the community and see children as they grow. And some families come in and express concerns their children are not crawling or walking as other children have."
