US Attorney lauds GREAT program

The success of the Gang Resistance Education and Training (GREAT) Program over the last 20 years has reduced criminal activity among the island's youth.

Guam - The success of the Gang Resistance Education and Training (GREAT) Program over the last 20 years has reduced criminal activity among the island's youth. U.S. Attorney for Guam and the CNMI Alicia Limtiaco spoke about the accomplishments of the program to the Rotary Club of Northern Guam today.

"What we have heard from teachers and faculty and even students who graduated from the program is that they have seen the change, they have sent he impact on this type of program that teaches life skills have really made a difference we believe based on the feedback we've received on these young people," said Limtiaco.
