Guam - A decision on whether school resource officers should be armed while on campuses around the island may not be on the agenda when the Guam Education Board meets on Wednesday.  Board chairman Francis Santos says they have yet to hold a working session on the issue that has drawn contentious debate in the community.

The board, however, is scheduled to discuss possible revisions to a policy that allows student cell phone use on campus as well as attendance and grading. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday morning at 8:30 in the DOE Conference Room in Hagatna.
