Man arrested for having sex with minor

Guam – Joshua John Meno Pelobello, 18, was arrested for allegedly having sex with a minor. According to Superior Court documents, Pelobello is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old female. Documents state he took the minor to the Asan community center last month where they allegedly did the act. The victim told police she participated in the intercourse "out of curiosity." Pelobello was booked and confined on charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct.
